Wherever You Are

This is a school with thirty years behind it and a timetable in front of it. Every lesson taught live. Every pupil known by name. From London to Dubai to New York to Lahore. This is Kings.

Why Kings

Why families choose Kings.

The six reasons in full

01

A real school day

A published timetable, a register every morning, lessons that begin and end on time, and work due before the next lesson.

02

Taught live, by specialists

Every lesson is a live class with a teacher who has taught the examined syllabus before. Nobody learns from a video playlist.

03

Known by name

Small classes, and a weekly meeting at which every pupil is discussed by name by the people who teach them.

04

One plan per pupil

The right year and route, with any support or training arrangement written down at the start and reviewed each term.

05

A tutor, a house, a community

A form tutor who notices, a house that claims the pupil, clubs, assemblies, and a Speech Day across every region.

06

Thirty years of doing this

Teaching at a distance since 1995, improved every year as the technology improved.

A plain test

What makes a school a school.

Online learning comes in many forms. Most of them are not schools. This is the test we invite families to apply to anyone, including us.

Welcome from the Principal

A school day, not a login.

Kings has taught at a distance since 1995, when most schools had not yet imagined such a thing. We have had thirty years to learn how to do it well.

What has not changed is the shape of a school day. There is a register. There is a teacher at the front of the class who knows every name on it. There is work set in the lesson and marked by the person who set it. There is a tutor who notices when a pupil goes quiet, and a house that cheers when a pupil does well.

The screen changes where a child sits. It does not change what a school owes them.

What happens every week

Live Online Classes

Teachers and students share a timetable. Cameras, questions, and marked work happen in the week they are set.

The Kings Day

A real school day, in your own time.

Every programme keeps the same afternoon timetable: live lessons from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Choose a pathway below — the hours stay the same.
